At least they're tryin'

50 Cent is performing at Philadelphia's installment of Bob Geldof's Live 8 concert extravaganza, ostensibly to help convince the music-loving youth of the world to 'make poverty history.' Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the same 50 Cent whose debut album was called "Get Rich or Die Tryin'," right?

...and in other news, the Expos are in first.

It is sad that Les Expos had to lose their team, but the club has become wholly DC's. You can just feel the love in RFK.

Forgot to tell you, Tim. I have a ticket package for the Nats. Let me know when you'll be here; I may be able to introduce you to baseball, district style.

Of course you can feel the love in RFK, they're in first. You could feel the love in the Big O in 1994.

I like to think that the causation goes the other way.
